# Reviewing & Approving Creator Submissions

Once your campaign is live on the Marketplace, creators will download your creative asset, publish it to their social channels, and submit their live post links to your dashboard.

Here is how to review, approve, and manage submissions effectively:

## 1. Accessing Your Submissions Queue

1. Log in and go to **Campaigns**.
2. Click on your active campaign.
3. Open the **\\"Submissions\\"** tab.
4. You will see a list of creators who have published your ad, along with their handle, platform, submission timestamp, and link.

## 2. What to Verify Before Approving

Click the submitted link to open the live post on TikTok, Instagram, X, or YouTube. Verify three things:

1. **Exact Asset Used:** Ensure they posted your official video or flyer without unauthorized edits, filters, or cropped branding.
2. **Mandatory Captions & Hashtags:** Check that the post caption contains your required copy and all mandatory campaign hashtags.
3. **Public Visibility:** Confirm that the post is public and that comments/reactions are enabled.

## 3. Approval vs. Rejection

### Approving a Submission (1-Click)

If the post meets all brief guidelines:

- Click **\\"Approve\\"**.
- Once approved, Kpugi’s automated verification engine immediately begins tracking the post's organic view count.
- The creator is notified that their submission was accepted and that their views are now accumulating toward payouts.

### Rejecting with Feedback

If a creator made an error (for example, forgot the mandatory hashtags or posted to the wrong account):

- Click **\\"Reject\\"**.
- Select or type the reason (e.g., *\\"Missing required hashtag #KpugiAd — please edit caption or repost\\"*).
- The creator receives a notification, allowing them to fix the mistake and submit an updated link without losing their spot.

## 4. Automated View Fraud Protection

You do **not** need to manually monitor the post’s view count over time:
