# Platform Safety, Anti-Fraud & Quality Standards

Kpugi was founded on trust and transparency. To protect both advertisers spending real marketing budgets and honest creators earning daily income, we enforce clear community and safety standards.

## 1. Zero Tolerance for Fake Views & Engagement Pods

Kpugi’s core value is delivering **real human attention**:

- **Automated Fraud Screening:** We continuously monitor view velocity, IP distribution, and engagement ratios.
- **Prohibited Practices:**
  - Buying views from SMM panels or bot farms.
  - Using automated view loopers or browser refreshers.
  - Organizing engagement pods on Telegram, WhatsApp, or Discord to artificially inflate view counts.
- **Enforcement:** Accounts caught using artificial view services are permanently banned immediately. All pending and available wallet balances are forfeited, and associated bank accounts are permanently blacklisted under our [Terms of Service](https://kpugi.com/terms).

## 2. Prohibited Content & Campaign Types

While Kpugi supports a wide variety of businesses, the following types of campaigns and content are strictly prohibited:

- ❌ **Illegal Services & Financial Scams:** Ponzi schemes, unregistered get-rich-quick crypto doubling schemes, and unlicensed loan apps.
- ❌ **Adult / Explicit Media:** Pornography, sexually suggestive content, or escort services.
- ❌ **Hate Speech & Harassment:** Content that promotes violence, defamation, or discrimination against any group.
- ❌ **Counterfeit or Pirated Goods:** Unauthorized replicas or pirated software/media.

Campaigns submitted with prohibited content are immediately rejected during review, and brand accounts may be suspended.

## 3. Brand Protection & Refund Guarantee

- **Escrow Security:** Brand deposits are held securely in escrow under our official [Escrow & Settlement Policy](https://kpugi.com/escrow-policy). Funds are only transferred to creators as authentic views are verified.
- **Unused Budget Return:** If a campaign concludes or expires before reaching its total budget cap, all remaining funds remain safely in the Brand Wallet and can be allocated to another campaign or withdrawn upon request.

## 4. Creator Post Integrity & Deletion Rules

- **Post Longevity:** Posts must remain public and active on the creator's profile for the minimum duration specified in the campaign brief (typically 7 to 14 days).
- **Archived or Deleted Posts:** If a post is deleted, archived, or switched to private while in its tracking window, view tracking halts immediately and pending payout milestones are cancelled.
