# Submitting Your Live Post Link for Approval

After downloading the brand's video or flyer and publishing it on your social media account, you must submit your live post URL on Kpugi so our system can track your views and credit your earnings.

Here is the exact step-by-step process:

## 1. How to Copy the Correct Post Link

You must submit the direct link to the specific post — **do not submit your profile link**.

### On TikTok:

1. Open the video on your TikTok profile.
2. Tap the **Share** button (arrow or 3 dots).
3. Tap **\\"Copy Link\\"**.
4. The link looks like: [https://www.tiktok.com/@yourusername/video/123456789](https://www.tiktok.com/@yourusername/video/123456789)...

### On Instagram (Reels or Post):

1. Open the Reel or post on your Instagram account.
2. Tap the **Share** icon (paper airplane).
3. Tap **\\"Copy Link\\"**.
4. The link looks like: [https://www.instagram.com/reel/C123abc](https://www.instagram.com/reel/C123abc).../

### On X (Twitter):

1. Open your tweet with the attached media.
2. Tap the **Share** icon beneath the post.

## 2. Check Your Privacy Settings Before Submitting

⚠️ **Your account and the post MUST be Public.** If your account is private or if you restrict who can view your posts, Kpugi's verification system cannot read your view counts. Submissions from private accounts are rejected automatically.

## 3. Submitting the Link on Kpugi

1. Open Kpugi and go to the campaign page under **Marketplace** (or **My Tasks**).
2. Click the **\\"Submit Proof\\"** button.
3. Select the platform you posted on (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, X).
4. Paste the copied post link into the **Post URL** field.
5. Click **\\"Submit Link\\"**.

## 4. Understanding Submission Statuses

Once submitted, your post will have one of these statuses:

- **Pending Review:** Your link has been received and is being checked for mandatory captions, hashtags, and proper assets.
- **Approved / Tracking Views:** Your submission passed checks! The automated tracking engine is now polling your views and calculating your earnings.
- **Rejected:** The post was rejected (for example: wrong caption, missing hashtags, or invalid link). Check the feedback note, correct the post on your social account, and submit the corrected link.
