# Withdrawing Your Earnings: Friday Payout Schedule & Rules

Getting paid for your verified views on Kpugi is safe and structured. To ensure smooth bank processing and thorough fraud screening, all creator payouts follow a predictable weekly payout calendar.

Here is everything you need to know about cashing out your earnings:

---

## 1. Payout Schedule: Every Friday Batch Payout

Kpugi operates on a **Weekly Friday Batch Settlement**:

- **Cut-off & Processing:** All withdrawal requests submitted during the current week are processed and disbursed on **next week Friday**.
- **Why Friday Batches?** This batching window allows our automated anti-fraud engine to conduct final view audits on your live social links, ensuring that your earnings are 100% verified and protected from sudden bank reversals.
- Once disbursed on Friday, funds land directly into your linked Nigerian commercial or microfinance bank account.

---

## 2. Prerequisites Before You Can Withdraw

Before you can hit the \\"Withdraw\\" button, your account must meet two non-negotiable requirements:

1. **Mandatory KYC Identity Verification:**
   - Under Nigerian financial regulations and anti-fraud rules, you **must complete Identity Verification** before withdrawing.
   - You need a valid government-issued ID (NIN, Voter's Card, Driver's License, or International Passport).
   - 👉 If you haven't verified yet, follow our [Creator KYC Verification Guide](/docs/creator-kyc-verification/).
2. **Minimum Withdrawal Balance: ₦10,000**
   - The minimum withdrawal amount on Kpugi is **₦10,000**.
   - If your Available Balance is below ₦10,000, keep picking active campaigns on the marketplace until your verified view earnings cross the threshold.

---

## 3. Available Balance vs. Pending Balance

When you open your **Wallet** dashboard:

- **Pending Balance (₦):** Earnings from active campaigns that are still in their view tracking window. Once the tracking window closes and passes final audit, funds move to Available.
- **Available Balance (₦):** Cleared, verified funds that are eligible for withdrawal.

---

## 4. How to Request a Withdrawal

1. Go to your **Wallet** in the creator dashboard.
2. Click **\\"Withdraw\\"**.
3. Enter your desired withdrawal amount (minimum ₦10,000).
4. Select your saved Nigerian bank account.
5. Click **\\"Confirm Withdrawal\\"**.
6. Your withdrawal status will update to **\\"Queued for Friday Batch\\"**, with the exact scheduled Friday payment date displayed on your screen.

---

## 5. Adding and Verifying Your Bank Details

1. Go to **Settings > Bank Details**.
2. Select your bank from the list (Access Bank, GTBank, Zenith, Kuda, OPay, Palmpay, Moniepoint, etc.).
3. Enter your **10-digit NUBAN Account Number**.
4. Our system automatically runs an instant NIBSS name lookup to confirm that the bank account name matches your verified KYC identity.
5. Save your details.

> ⚠️ **Important:** To protect creators from account takeover scams, payouts can only be made to bank accounts that match your verified name. Payouts to third-party accounts are rejected automatically.
