2. How to Generate an Official Invoice #
- Log into your Brand dashboard at kpugi.com.
- Go to Wallet or during the campaign checkout flow, choose \”Pay via Corporate Invoice\”.
- In the Invoice Modal:
- Enter your Company Legal Name and Registered Address.
- Enter your Tax Identification Number (TIN) or VAT number (optional).
- Enter the billing contact email address where the invoice copy should be sent.
- Click \”Generate Invoice\”.
- Download your official stamped PDF invoice instantly.
3. Dedicated Settlement Bank Account Details #
Every generated invoice includes:
- Unique Invoice Reference ID (e.g., INV-KPG-XXXXX).
- Dedicated Bank Account Number (Wema Bank / Providus / Zenith via Paystack Virtual Accounts).
- Amount Payable in Naira (₦), including any applicable VAT or fees.
⚠️ Important: Always include your Invoice Reference ID as the payment description or narration in your corporate banking app. This allows our automated treasury engine to detect and credit your wallet immediately upon receipt of funds.
4. Payment Confirmation & Campaign Activation #
